no doubt. no one can touch what they did. not only muscially, but culturally. they spanned so many different genres, while creating new ones along the way. the goal of every band should be to be like the beatles.

i have to say they're kind of over-rated, im mean sure, they were very influential and all but i just think that there were other bands that were way better then them like Pink Floyd, they were very ahead of their time.

IMO nothing can touch the beatles or stones. they are the only 2 that are so far above the rest. there are better bands out there, but nothing can touch the legacy of the beatles or the rolling stones

im sorry but they are a bit over rated. look at todays society, its cool to be "retro"
i know plenty of kids (mostly girls for some reason though) that say the beatles are their favorite band ever but can't name a single song that u dont already hear on the radio 3 times a day.
i like them, but im jst tired of everyone praising them and not knowing anything about them
