I just got this today (my dad got me it for Easter haha) and it is freakin awesome, it's basically a little knob thing that goes into the USB, it can turn left right, click, long click, and click turn left or right (6 diff things) and you can program it to do just about anything in any program, it is so good, I suggest it to everybody.
