Headset Cup Help

Okay well I just got my District pro sealed headset. So, I decided to start replacing my stock headset with the one I just got. Everything was going smoothly, popped the top cup out of the headtube with ease and put in my new headset. Now I'm trying to get the bottom (stock) cup out of the headtube and it's not budging at all. I've been using a screwdriver and a hammer for the past 20 minutes trying to get it out with no luck. Any tips would be appreciated.

Bottom cups are usually a little better jammed in seeing how all the impact from your fork goes directly in to it. Just takes a lot more effort, and a little grease if it's that bad. Try using an old pro model handle with no grip on it instead of a screwdriver.

just hit it and put WD40 on the but and but leave it inside for an hour so the deck isnt cold witch helps get it out, then hammer the puppy out

uhhh, if you have a torch lighter, burn the inside of the headtube where the cup stops and around the cup, heats up the metal and loosens it a little.

if you have a spare pair of bars around(not oversized cuz that wont work), you cut about half way down the bars, and make more slits(4 maybe). slide the other end(the one with no slits) up through the bottom cup. now that the slitted part of the tool is half way between the top cup and bottom, get a hammer and go RAGE!!!

Shoot WD-40 around the inside and outside of the cup. Then take a huge socket which fits perfectly in the headtube and pound it with somthing. Razor headsets are such a pain getting out, even with a headset remover.
