headset help

sorry to start a new thread for this but i dont understand it

i looked at the pig fsa head sets. I dont get how you hook your t tube on if the top part on the head set,(the part with the allen wrench hole)

its under bike parts on the left and thenunder the headset picture

Itried doing this and im not trying to sound stupid i just dont know much about the names for parts. Imnot sure what your talking about. I ook the cup of the fork and thats the furthest I got

its true they only do 1 1/8 and 1" but 1" is threaded

Do NOT use a hammer, unless you use some wood to protect the headset, if the stearing tube bends slightly it will be a nightmare to fix.. you can use a mallet or clamp the headset in a vice with wood either side to avoid damage.

hey cory I get hitting it in but I dont get how your t tube hook in if that top part, that has the alen
wrench whole if that keeps your t tube from hooking to your fork

you simply take the top part that has the allen hole off and dont use it

i don't understand the point of this mod. tailwhips and barspins go perfectly smoothly for me with the stock razor headset... is there some hidden advantage to customizing your headsite besides gaining a +5 modifier on coolnesss?
