ask in the "help with __part thread on the scooter fourm.. it will be answered there very quickly..
ps next time use that thread and dont make new ones unless it is something that you found that is really important or cool

since its already a thread ill tell you.
1) Loosen up your clamp
2) (if you have stock bars) twist and unscrew your bars.
3) Get big pliers and unscrew your head set (the ring that is screwed onto the fork tube)
4) Take the fork out and make sure you have the bearings and dont loose them.

Sorry if it wasn't clear enough.

lol.. take a skrew driver and put it threa the forks above the wheel and lock in on the foldie... they the forks will not move.

PUT THE SCREWDRIVER IN THE AXLE HOLES IN THE FORK AND HOLD IT WHILE TWISTING THE NUT OFF!

um, liltony's way is perfectly fine, I use a screwdriver. and justin you are the biggest homo on this whole site right now, you should be proud. you call someone a fagg bag, and YOU'RE the freaking idiot who can't take his fork off.
