Help Please

So as some people know or saw, I broke my SR threadless forks.
I am wondering if anyone can give me the right size tubing to weld a WHOLE new tube on.
I have a welder that can weld it for free, but all i need to know is the right size tubing, or post a link.

surely it's 1 1/8" outer diameter with whatever thickness you want? (Don't rely on that i'm just going by headset size).

1 1/8 refers to the inner measurement of the headset. so 1 1/8 is more logical.
