does anyone have pics of an old a sr fork

and is there any way to put the forks that are for sale rite now on a old a

see that little thing on the front of the foldy that's welded on on an old a? (On a pro it's not welded on, just bolted.) Take a hacksaw or something of the sort and cut it off and file down anything that sticks out too far or is sharp, etc.

not the foldy, the headtube. the part that goes in the foldy, and holds the fork. the part that the headset sits in. switch it with the one that comes on a pro model.
