HIC Bars are hard to get on and off HIC

Even when the bolts on my clamp are completely loose it takes a ton of elbow grease to get them to move. I once tried the penny trick thinking that it was the clamp but even when the clamp was sliding around there was a ton of resistance. Any help?

get a better shim... I have the lucky shim suprisingly it dosnt suck

i have a scooterzone shim and same with the lucky shim it has a taper on the end so it doesnt get stuck i would get the scooter zone hic shim it has an integrated top cap! so yeah its just your bars are getting jammed on the bottom of the fork where the dust cover is

Might need to sand just inside of your bars, sometimes if your bars rust on the inside they get stuck or lube it before you put them back on.

Just put grease between your shim and bars and it should be all good

Put some candle wax or skate wax on the hic shim.
