HIC compression

How does it work and is it good and light, cause my ics compression is starting to piss me off. the star nut in my bars is somehow slipping, and its pissing me off?

Yes HIC is good. It is the best compression on the market hands down. How it works is you have oversized bars like rad OG bars and they come with a small shim that fits inside the bars. you put a compression cap at the top of the shim and then tighten the bolt into a starnut in your fork. You then slide your bars over the shim and tighten you clamp.
