HIC Top Cap Not Tightening,and clamp wont come undone?

on my ninja yesterday i loosened the HIC top cap a bit to make my bars spin faster,but then i noticed it rattling and wobbling a tad and wanted to change it back.so i took my bars off and yeah,so i got my alan key and started trying to tighten it,but all the was really happening was the bolt was spinning around in my forktube(and i didnt notice it was) so i clamped it back up and then i picked my scooter up and heard a rattle and then noticed it was coming from in the bars.but now the bottom bolt on my MGP oversized HIC clamp wont come undone! its completely just stuck there and it wont come out.ive tried lube and wd40 but its just stuck. any help? plus when (or if) i do get my bars off,how do i tighten the top cap?

You stripped your starnut, Your gonna have to cut your top cap off then cut your bolt or drill it out.

just noticed that the bolt from the bottom of my forks has come loose and came off,is that the problem?

A big problem, Just put that bolt back on and it should be good.

is it a nitro compression cuz if its is, take off your front wheel and there will be a loose nut just hold it in place while tightening your top cap ... i think ... and idk
about the clamp

yeah it is nitro/ninja compression but i fixed it now,thanks anyway

The forks have a part in them that hold the nut so you dont have to hold it, and thats good EthannW .
