hole in my foot

tried frontflipping this small box at XW, landed with one foot ont he deck and my other foot under the wheel....foot on the deck pushed my brake into where my the top of my foot meets my ankle.....slammmmmed through the skin and you could see my tendon and ish....nasty stuff....didnt get stitches but apparenlty i should have....pic soon.
