Yeah I don't know how the fuck I'm gonna get one on. I didn't really even make it to use it. Kinda just for fun. I'll get it working eventually though.

file down that jagged backside omg lol
But looks girthy man. If possible get a chromoly tube and get the legs in aluminum*. It'd be the most weight efficent fork ever.

Thanks burnz

welding a forktube to it would create a weak spot, i recomend u do it how razor/madd gear do it and cut a hole in the top and put the tube through, then weld it top and underneath, also clean it up, it could be used as a lethat weapon with all those jagged edges ;)

I can't weld aluminum, nor would I want to for this fork. The edges aren't as jagged as it appears, it's pretty smooth underneath after I shaped the back.

Cut a hole the size of a forktube, make sure its centered and shiz. Then after that you can just pin an aluminum or chromoly forktube in there.

theres this stuff called welder its a liquid weld my friend used it on his deck that had a big crack in it and it still hasnt broken.

I'm not fucking gluing my fork together. There's no such thing as a liquid weld. I wasn't trying to get an answer about how to attach the forktube, I was just stating it's gonna be a challenge to get it on there solid.

I did this a little while ago, except I took a old razor fork and beefed the crap out of it and then I grinded down the forktube and pulled it out and then I just had legs and I took a .83 forktube in there but I welded it. You could drill a hole as big as a forktube and then insert the forktube, it will need to be hammered. Then take a small drill bit and drill all the way through and pin it like the old french id forks.
