He's talking about the snap ring that goes onto the lower pin through the foldy. I broke the plastic off landing a crappy whip. Just rip it off or take the snap rings off if you really want.

If you think about this sexually it is funny. Yeah, take off the little rings and pop all the bolts and junk out, then get two 5/16 bolts that are 3 inches long, and a 3/8 bolt also 3 inches long. I don't know if you have enough common sense to get some nuts so get those. You know the ones that fit. Look at the YOUR SCOOTER thread and see where the bolts are. I. Don't think you checked the stickies so you should do that. Do you know what stickies are? They are at the top and they never come down. They also say Sticky in the title.
