how do i take my headset cups off

im trying to take my stock cups off and i cant please help

a pair of vice grips, or a monkey wrench works well, just grab it from the inside of the fork and the outside of the cup, and keep wiggling it on different sides until it pops out.

i just take a flat head and stick it on the inside of the headtube on the little edge and just hammer the end

I take an old piece of pipe and put it against the cups from the inside and then hammer them off by alternating sides n all that.

if you can get one out, the best way to get the second one out is to take a stock steertube and hammer it through the headtube, thick end facing the headset cup.

take a hammer and a big sized ratchet peice it will tear it right out

i tried hitting out with a flat head screw driver but it didnt work.

put some muscle in to it it should pop right out with a flat head and a hammer thats what we use on bikes and scooters
