well you have to remove your existing threaded headset first. you take out everything and use a tube or pipe to hammer the headset cups out. then to install i personally use a block of wood to hammer them in. i would not reccommend doing this, rather go to a local bike shop(or unless you have a bearing cup press already) and have them do it. only do it yourself as a last resort
