I'm not "new" to scootering, but I don't own one yet.

I'm about 6'3 tall, maybe a bit taller

XL? L?

Please help.

My younger bro scooters, so do most of my friends and the people in my town. So i'm gonna quit skateboarding and buy a scooter. I can tailwhip, ect. if that helps.

Thanks.

i like my bars right above my dick. this sounds funny but this is actually the most comfortable height for everyone. your arm length goes just past your pelvic area. so dick height is perfect :)

Alright,

So i'm going to go buy a 25-26 H tommorow

If I don't like it (it being too tall for my preference, which I doubt will happen) then I just cut it down a bit till I like it

I just stood on my deck and figured out how tall my bars should be so that I could stand straight up and still hold on to them. 5'7"/24.5"

i always say - stand over your scooter and your bars should be at your pockets. when you are wearing your trousers correctly :)

and i am 6ft and ride 26 inch bars

What kind of riding do you do?

If you ride park and do a bunch of combo's and stuff, you will want shorter bars.

If you ride street/flow parks, you will want taller bars.

not true, there's no such thing as a "street" and "park" part with anything except like all mountain vs. park on a snowboard. Everyone is always trying to reach a thesis separating the two ways of riding, but any part can be ridden whatever way. The only thing I think that would have more of an influence in park is wider bars (more air and more time to do tricks, so wider bars add style and help your flow and your whips while still giving time for barspins) and the hardness of your wheels, but even then, you could ride any width and any pu hardness on the street

I never said there was a certain part for different types of riding, I only said that you want taller bars for street/flowy riding because its more comfortable, and shorter bars for park because its easier to get your scooter around.
