How To Bolt Your T-tube without really bolting your t-tube Picture Tutorial.

i've been thinking about doing this for kids who have stock bars and don't like the big clamp, but don't have access to a drill, and yohanan's thread finally inspired me to do it.

For this modification you will need

1 5mm allen key
Some kind of bolt/screw, and nut
spacers
screwdriver or wrench to tighten the nut onto the bolt/screw.

Step 1. Take the allen key, and untighten the clamp as shown:

It should look like this after you take everything off-

Step 2. Put in your bolt/screw (I used a screw), and make sure you have some spacers (the little metal ones that come on the clamp work nicely), and put the nut on the other end and tighten.

End result looks like this-

So yea, its a very simple mod, and it helps tons if you can't afford one piece bars, and its pretty good at preventing your knee from getting destroyed by the clamp arm.

nice but i like regular bolting better because i set the bolt way lower than my knee. But if you dont have a drill this works great.

Yeah but you just take out the lever and put the cylinder back in and tighten then it's good.

Doesnt help but nice tutorial<3

if youre gonna have the bolt just drill 5 inches down where the clamp was and you'll never even come close to it
