How to cut down a deck?

Does anyone know how to properly cut down a deck shorter without messing up the axels and stuff please let me know

mark where you're going to cut your deck to. Cut the deck as straight as you can with anything the can cut alluminum. Mark axel placement like half an inch from the back of the deck, and centered on the walls. drill the holes with an 8mm drill bit. extend wheel well as needed to fit wheel
