How to Fix Chunked Metalcores

I have found out how to fix chunked metalcores!!!

If you chunk a wheel (not dehub) you are able to glue the chunk of urethane back on it

Step 1: Buy some Gorilla Glue (Only Gorilla Glue works because it sticks to urethane and is urethane based glue)

Step 2: Get the piece of broken urethane and apply a generous amount of glue to the spot where it chunked

Step 3: Clamp the broken piece to the said spot by using a brake and vice

Step 4: Tighten the vice and let it dry for 2 hours

Step 5: When its dry cut the excess glue off of the wheel because Gorilla Glue foams up.

Step 6: Its Done!!!

FIXED METALCORE!!! :D

well i only used it on a metal core and those are the wheels most people get bummed when you break em

oah alright i see but thats pretty neat thinking of you. have you tested the wheel much afterwards though to make shure that is doesn't chunk again in the same spot?

Polyurthane Glue would work better, but still there is no way the Wheel be 100% fixed it will break off again once once u land on that spot & put force on it

it also same for plastic or PVC core hubs, but yeah once PU is cracked, chunked or Dehubbed the only proper wy to fix is reurthane the hub core, then u see theres no point it is cheaper to get a complete new Wheel

gorilla glue only cost me 5 bucks so it is cheaper than getting a new one for now and i only used a drop of glue

i did that when i ripped half of mine off it worked for a few hours then it broke
i shouldnt have put it in the front because tthat hurt
