Alright, i already know theirs a thread on people who HAVE them already jailbroken.

You will need winzip with this download.

Steps
1.Open up greenpois0n
2.Plug in your iPod
3.Press "Prepare to jailbreak (DFU)"
4.Follow the timer!
5.Press and hold the sleep button for 2 seconds
6.Continue holding sleep, then proceed to hold the home button for 10 seconds.
7.Release sleep button and continue holding the home button for 15 seconds.
8.In the bottom left corner press "Jailbreak!"
9.Watch your iPod fill up with codes on the screen
10.Done!
Now, you will see a app called "Loader" click on that and install cydia. After you install cydia go down to the bottom right corner and press search. Look for winterboard and tap it. In the top right corner press install then confirm.
You now can fully customize your iPod!
