Just grab it with channel locks and wiggle that bitch outta der.
alternatively if it's a screw in one, loosen the screw so it sticks out and hit the screw with a mallet then just pull the barend out.

Grease a flat head screwdriver up as much as you can, then wedge it between the bar and the bar ends and keep on circling until it moves out abit, then use the screwdriver like a lever and alternate sides.
