I think i do know im talking to. A-Brad is A god

buht when i do fingerwhips I do bring it up as high as i can buht like not to my chest high. I can Fingerwhip flat.
Also, i think it is much easier to push down then to pull up.
haha. you guys are too kind. but thanks Joe =P
i think we were kind of agreeing but saying it differently.. we should say knee high and call it even
as a general rule with fingerwhips i think if you're doing it out of flyout, or on some kind of ramp its easier to pull it up higher and have time to get it back down cause then you don't have to lean over as much, etc. BUT for flat or off something really small is what i was talking about mainly. at least for me if you can keep the deck relatively low its not taking as far of a trip to come up and go back down. thats all.
congrats though newby you'll get em soon if you keep practicing! somebody else said it too but if you say to yourself "im going to fully commit" and do it instead of not expecting to land it you'll get them. i remember when i was learning them thinking that at least.
and one last thing to complete this book: once you learn them off curbs or something pretty low, go down to like a peice of plywood on a 2x4 then flat after that. then its not such a monumentous task to go straight to.
happy fingerwhipping!
