How to wear your wheels in?

Got new wheels, need to know how to wear them in?
swapping the front to the back and vis versa after a period of time?

I think you dont have to wear the wheels in. Its just bullshit imo. Exept if you have that kinda wheels where is ALOT urethane, like old micro XT metalcores.
But if you want to, keep it like few days as front wheel, then move it to back, and put another new wheel to front.

trust me wearing in makes a massive difference. I usually just ride round for a while like when i put my new wheel in i rode to my local which is about 3 miles (4.8km) and when i ogt there did not ride heavy or do sketchy stuff and I think the wheels fine now

No dont just "ride" youl fuck them, my friend went through 3 pairsof protos in 3 weeks because he wouldnt wear themso keep a wheel on the front for 3 weeks which will allow the pu to harden and glue to stiffen then switch to the back, if you have a new wheel on back just be gentle for the first few weeks

I put the new one in front for a few sessions, then put it in back. It's not like wheels always dehub right off the bat if you don't wear them in, but I've seen a lot that have. And I've never seen one that's worn in dehub quickly.
