Haha, i remember a polish site like that, www.aresztowany.com (it means 'arrested'). You put in something like Josh.Toy.aresztowany.com, and the result was a news article saying that Josh was arrested for hacking (or spamming, bribery and even prostitution). But the best thing was the part of the site with feedback emails from ppl saying like "WTF? Im not arrested! Take my name off your site or i'm gonna sue you!", lol.
