The first scooter forum ever was the Skat forums. Then there was some NBS (nothing but scooters) forums that were around when SR was just starting up. SR was down for a bit and i made the TPC forums then SR came back and they pretty much died. Everything from like 05 on most people probably know about, I dont pay attention to forms for other countries really but I know Madis wasnt around till like 4-5 years ago.
