Top cap

If your running hic sometimes if its a new top cap the top cap will hand over the shim a little bit. So you can put a block of wood on the bottom of the grips and hit them off. You will see if it was the top cap. if it was sand it down or file it down until its flush with the shim. Then when putting the bars back on put grease in the bars and on the shim and top cap.

thats why you might of got them stuck because some bars hate ihc forks you might need to saw off and invest in a scs and standard threadless forks
