I Know It's Weak...

Why is the pro model sitting on the grass!!!

Go faster and it will straighten out, also if you make your wrists more tense you can use the momentum of the first swing for the second instead of so much work. Nice job, the double whip is a big trick for everyone to learn, with practice you'll get the steeze hopefully and on flat, up shit.

It was pretty good. I myself learned doubles on flat, never liked kickers much. But a problem i see a lot, is when people do tailwhips, they catch them. But if its double, they dont catch..? Whats up with that..? For example, see Chris Daigle or Ricky Wernicke in NBS4, off the ten set. They catch there whip.. then double... no catch. Might jes be Chris i dont know if Ricky doubles it. But annnyyways, point is, when you do doubles, dont push the bars down so much, keep your hands in the same place as when you started the double, and then catch it, with more speed, off that ramp, you should be able to catch em pretty nice. Jes practice pracitce practice, the double whip is a pretty nice trick and when you get em down perfect, youll be happy.

Keep in mind for the most part NBS4 was taped before everyone started stressing catched tailwhips. I don't know about you but I usually even catch my triples (Depending on obstacle).

Yeah, i think that martin caught the quad at the begining of his vid. Anyway, it was much harder for me to learn to catch doubles than singles, but now im starting to get them more consistantly off stuff.

not bad, but why did you edit it so much? haha..

because for me that is my best trick and i was psyched to get it.

the pro model isn't mine, it's the filmer's. and i like my scooter better because (yes i know it's weak) but mine is way lighter. otherwise thanks for all the tips.

i think catching one whip is cool but throwing more than one whip over something big i think catching is kind of dumb, it's harder to judge how quickly to spin (or not to spin) the deck than to throw the exact same speed over everything, then you have a lot of air time where you've already caught. kind of like if you pull your parachute after dropping 100 ft no matter if you jump from 300 ft or 2 miles. i think for bigger whips it's cooler to space em out and spin them accordingly.

yeah because we all know that when its not exactly perfect and you land sideways it makes your tricks look so clean, and when you dont catch whips it makes it so much easier to throw in a combo!12!!1!!~1!!1!!1!!!11

fag. not catching whips is for kids that suck.

well if your going to pull just a tripple or just a quad i see what you mean. but when you catch it it looks much better and usually the landing is way cleaner

holy shit, i didnt realize you guys lived up here to. damn, i didnt think anyone lived up here.

whips, of any kind, are always better caught. unless its like from a 50 story building to a 20 story building, i think that would slide
