ICS bolt or clamp?

okay I have district ST-2's and im running a fuzion ICS bolt with em. im using an MGP tripple clamp with those thick black bolts. When I tighten my scooter down til its dialed and tighten the clamp fully and evenly, my headset wont even last one session at a skatepark or riding street before my headset is wobbling and my scooter sounds like complete doo doo. is the bolt the problem? or is it the clamp thats the problem?

ps, im trying to find a friend with a hookup for free or cheap welding so i can just taper them..

Bolt. Get some locktite or like a glue to hold the bolt in there.

its probably the clamp, my experience with mgp claps is that they dont clamp well. try garrets idea with the clamp and bolt. ICS isnt good anyways i would just taper your bars and run HIC.
