inward bolt set stuck.

ive had my inward bolt set since march its been great up until now. im trying to change my headtube and my headset and i was taking my bolts out no problem. took the two smaller bolts off fine then when i tried getting the bigger one out(the top one) i realized its stuck. and i dont mean stuck like ok wd40 for awhile tap it and it comes out. i mean like really stuck i dont wanna drill it out or saw it off because i dont have another top bolt at the moment any idea on how in the hell i can get it off without ruining the bolt would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance. :]

i just hammer my bolts out if they get stuck and they're still fine

its not the bolt its the nut the nut wont budge at all meaning i cant loosen the nut off of the bolt. i know to hit it out with a hammer if it gets stuck but i need to know how to get the nut off first.

yaya im no dumbass ive tried everything its stuck its not o u just need to twist harder or a socket wrench im just going to have to cut the nut off.
