It seems to be on right and it spins really smooth, the only thing is, is that the bars some seem to "lock" in if you know what I mean.

get grease from napa its only a buck or use vaseline

3-in-1 oil is sick. also this liquid wrench red spray grease stuff does WONDERS for stock headsets
