Jd Bug?

Hey im kinda new to scootering and ive been trying to decide what scooter to get and in my local skate shop they have Jd Bugs. Which ive been thinking about buying and im just wondering of they are any good for a begginer (and im also on a budget of �£50.) any comments would be helpful thanks
