cant get ahold of them and they havent shipped out my phoenix yet, talked to kota himself on the phone to see when they would, he said they were getting a shipment in last friday or the weekend when online it said they were in-stock... the phone to them doesnt work and ive sent 2 emails with no replys.

anyone got a number other then the one on the site? and theres no place were you can check orders if you didnt sign in when ordering.

i agree with you but he is a 14 year old kid who has other priorites in life. if he laggs on somthing people need to be patient he isn't superman. you can't expect him to ship somthing out as soon as someone orders it. he prolly waits for a certain amount of orders to go to the post office to ship.

exactly, i mean props to him for running his own business. But if someone orders something and it takes you a month cause you have other priorities, you shouldnt be running a company.

this is exactly right, i talked to him again today but see THE MAIN POINT of why this shit is happening is he doesnt know how to run his site CORRECTLY. i asked him why ANYONE can order off his site and EVERYTHING seems to be in-stock. he said SO PEOPLE CAN MAKE ORDERS, thus meaning even if he doesnt have the items in-stock HE IS STILL SELLING THESE SO CALLED IN-STOCK ITEMS. i know i am correct on this, you dont sell something you dont have. its been 10 days since i ordered my deck, i ordered on the 7th. i called and asked when id be shipped out, he said they dont have any but they should have some in by the weekend and itd be shipped out on monday. called on monday or tuesday of this week, said hed probably have some in by this weekend and itd be shipped monday YET AGAIN. i got a call from him today saying that he'll have some in in a few days but not the color i wanted as Phoenix is heat treating them and itd be another 2 weeks. i dont have a problem waiting but once it gets creeping on close to 2 weeks thats a bit much IMO. now back to having the in-stock on the items that arent in-stock; this is no different then ME selling something on EBAY or SR here, selling it then i get a message a week later saying weres my stuff at and i say oh im still waiting on it to get here then ill ship it out. A company who supposedly sells so much and doesnt have the items to back there site shouldnt be up. atleast put a message saying you can buy it but its not in-stock.

I ordered my district v2, cane creek s1, griptape, and a fork from him 10 days ago, no responses when I asked when it will be shipped, if this little fuck steals my cash, well Ill see his ass in court, shortbusscooter, I assume VAB means virginia beach, Im pretty close to you, and if I do sue his ass for stealing my cash your welcome to join my prosecution

I would kick his ass if I could but hes all the way in cali
edit: Short bus, we ordered on the same day so Im 100% with you on this, the time its taking is getting ridiculous

where the hell are you ordering from then? Everything Ive ever bought on the internet (even the stuff from alaska, a new gun :) ) was shipped within 5 days, even my airsoft stuff from GI during the christmas rush (they were getting almost 1000 orders a day!)
10 days to process an order is horrid company management

yea virginia beach, and matt shut the hell up you obviously didnt read the whole thing, its not that it was 10 days that fact hes selling shit that he doesnt have so fucking hop off. i dont have a problem with him himself just how hes running his shit
