Well if they snapped surely they will fall out? If it's just the case stuck in, either chisel it out with a hammer and screwdriver or put it in the oven so that the metal expands and that will make it easier. It's a very tedious task though.

if you end up ever putting them in the oven then put ice on the bearing so the bearing gets smaller and the wheel core gets bigger

yea because the ice wont melt in 10 seconds in an oven or anything.

just use a hammer and a screwdriver. its pretty much the only way.
