im not very good at catching bars so thats why i threw it so late and it was raining outisde so i had to practice inside lol

Try to work on those til you can be doing the bar at 180, it'll look way better. Cause on that one it almost looked like you threw it when you were already on the ground haha. Once you find some flyout or a lot of spare time you'll get them to king mode.

Started learning to catch bars today and I can barspin off curbs now decently. That's the funny part. I'm not very good at barspins compared to some people but I was still able to land a sketchy truckdriver in an hour xD

Lean more forward, tuck your feet up and throw the bars between 90°-180.
