locking mec

im pretty confused with all this locking mec's that people have, i have the nmew razor pro model, and i was wondering what do i need to bolt the folding mec?

Bolts for locking your folding mech
Get these at your local hardware store (Brandon Kilbury's sizes)
-2 1/2" by 3/8" bolt
-2 1/2" by 5/16" bolt
-2 1/2" by 5/16" bolt
-washers
