Lucky scooters deck

I ordered a lucky pro 4.0 deck nd it shuld b here in a few days i was wondering if it comes with bolts for the headtube or not and wat the little allen key boly thing at the bottom at the front of the deck...wat is tht for? nd also if i want the headtube angle as back as possible shuld i use a pro or old a headtube

dunno about the bolts there just front wheel botls anyway i think
the bolt is to keep the deck and headtube thingo together
figure that part out yourself when u get the deck

It should come with bolts, but if not then just go to the hardware store and get some bolts that fit, it should only cost like $3. The allen thing in the bottom of the deck holds the headtube post on, because there is no welds in the lucky deck. and as far as headtube angle, the angle of the lucky is pretty forward, but not as much as a TSI. Its comfortable once you get used to it, dont worry.
