and if there is can some one please give me the steps, tools and equipment i need, or if some one knows how to make a razor pro fork strong please help me

No. Wrap sticky tape around the cross bar so that to get it into the forks you have to force it. When you have got enough tape on it hammer it into your forks...

of course you can make your own forks, just gets some chromoly or whatever you want and a welder. not very difficult.

iv seen a fair few decent pair of homemade forks i reckon all you'd need is somethin that cuts metal and a whelder and a tape measurer i think.
