those "swirls" are called threads. you dont have to thread bars no bars are threaded besides old as hell razor pro bars NO Threads!!!!!!!!

yeah the only reason there are threads on razor pro bars is cuz its aluminum and it is softer

use a needle and scrape away metal little by little but if its not precise then it wont work
