There is an allen screw at the front of the headtube. Just take that out.

Loosen the headset or replace the bottom cup and tighten the front fork so it bounces a little but not too much

That was pretty nuts man. I have an NX and I rode Dakota's at Chula on Monday for a few minutes. They are pretty fun just messing around in a park but I can't imagine doing something like that though.
