My mgp wheels were really slippery/hard
You probably got the shitty ones. The ones from the eod are the softest wheels I've ever had.
If you're into big drops and stairs, I wouldn't reccoemd mgps wheels. You'll break them in like a week.
you obviously dont know what you're talking about.Youve got some pretty strong opinions on things you dont like. Just because you broke them doesnt mean he will. Its just like the vertx wheels
Just because you got bad urethene doesnt mean everyone else will. Say your opinion and move on. Dont say that someones gonna break something like you know forsure.
you obviously dont know what you're talking about.
look in the broken scooter thread. lots of people are saying that they felt the urethane was too hard. and thats why vertx fixed the urethane, because it was bad for a lot of people. its not just me.
and for the mgp wheels, i was just warning him that they might break if he does big gaps. chinese urethane isnt known for being strong. its like warning somebody not to buy a district v2 if all they do is jump off roofs. it might last him, but it might not. i'm just letting him know that he might run into problems with them.
From my experience with the old MGP wheels I would say they were the worst I've ever rode.
Very nice and soft at first, but within a week they were cracked/chunked/dehubbed.
I went through 3 pairs in a month, and dehubbed them all, and from what I've heard I'm not the only one.
You can ask your friend, from where he has buy MGP Wheels and you can buy from there only ,as you told you liked your friends wheel pairs.
