hey i just felt like showing a little bit of what goes on with making bars to just show people and so people can see that i am actually working on bars and they WILL be out soon.

this is just a buch of uncut sticks of seamless 4130 tubing. nice!

heres BIG RED the little lincoln 95amp MIG welder. it gets the job done!

this heres the most important tool i use. its the jig that holds the bars in the perfect position for being tacked/welded

heres a nice one of some sparks while cutting an Stube

after alot of cutting you get a bunch of tubes that are ready to be deburred. (that long one in front is for Stan 17" wide yo!)

i hate this part. deburring each end of each tube to make it clean and perfect. takes forever. but looks good. you can easilly see the difference.

each Stube has to be ovalised where it meets the bars. this part takes alot of attention not to over clamp it.

here is a pic of where i notch the tubes so they fit around the radius of the bars.

hopefully tomarrow i will get some pictures of a notched tube and also some welding pics. and if david comes in then i guess we will put picks up of him doing his job. he gets to make all the shims. probably the least rewarding part hahah. sucker david. at least he gets $$$. hahah.

I got myself banned.
Im in school and i cant check the website right now, but tell me when people can place pre-orders or orders and a picture of the final product and ill post it up on the main page. Looks so sick, hopfully you make alot of money and can get a little company going.

Question.. you just slide the bars onto the fork and tighten right? no threads so screw on the fork? if so, sweet, i hate screwing tubes onto forks. Ill deff. be getting these.

alot of people have trouble going on the site becuase its RADSKOOTCO not RADSCOOTCO but yeah i kept doing scoot instead of skoot

godamn i like the k instead of the c . oh well.ya i know the site sucks. its freewebs but i dont know how to make a good site so whatever. i posted pictures of carys bars earlier for those of you that wanted pictures of finished bars her it is again.

theres no threads. i hate threads and they arent needed. they will be that green like carys and also come in transparent black.
