me and davey spent a few hours working on it today
anybody got any ideas about what else i should add?

a few ideas
the dropout space is too big, you could put like 150mm wheels in there.
put a plte on the bottom connecting the two angle plates
and who welded it?

The bars are way to far back. fork looks tank and as rob said the dropouts should be way smaller. still its a homemade deck though.

nope headtube is alu, deck is steel

this is what we done, we got the alu headtube, and put the steel foldy bits round it
then put it in a vice, done it up tight, then welded the steel foldy together
so it all keeps tight without bolts
then just welded it to the deck
