how much do you tighten the scs bolt(the one that goes into your starnut)

If you want it dialed, tighten it all the way. Sometimes you can still get it dialed tightening it a little less than all the way. If you have it half way it will wobble and be undialed.

if i doesnt spin when you tighten the compression then that means you have no crown race/itsnot on all the way. do not tighten the compression all the way youll snap the compression bolt tighten it until it get kinda hard to turn

i tighten mine all the way so it hardly spins but when you put your bars in it spins nicely and takes longer to get loose.

tighten it, but not to the point where it will fuck your bars, that can happen xD and just dont over tighten it cuz that'll ruin the bolts my friend

you misunderstood him ^^ and until you can feel that it is getting hard to turn, the weight of the bars will make it spin better, and it will gradually loosen up to a nice point
