I took the front hangar/fork part off of my old Fuzion NX and shaved the middle part down ALOT
and now it looks like that ^ you just need to put a couple washers in each side of the wheel.. but its still SOOO solid
the fork tube is alot thicker than a normal fork, making it alot stronger, and the prong-like parts are also alot thicker.
another plus to this is that im pretty sure this is one part machined piece of metal... because i cant find any welds, and the part where the FSA headset race goes on, its like.... an expanded piece of metal at the bottom instead of a square-ish shaped thing (if tht makes any sense)

the only different thing with this is that it isnt off-axis... so it may be a little different at first (it didnt bother me) .. but it is AMAZING for nose mannys.. like... seriously AMAZING
lol

but please give me your opinions...

pretty nice.
think you could make it fit a 110mm?
if you could that would be soo sick.
and tell us if they ride good or not.

erm it wouldnt make it weaker i think it would make the legs more likely to bend, but the design looks like its impossible to bend the legs lol

and i could make it 110, i just dont feel like filing anymore

depending on the price id buy it. cant you get replacement NX front hangars? add like $10 to the cost of those for your hard work and sell them. that must be a pita to grind down though.
