new set-up always wobbles

I got a standart tilt scs, a tilt legacy along with proto deck and unfair headset.
No matter how hard i tighten it it always going loose after half an hour of riding. I don't need a spacer and I already tried it without topcap but it still happens. Headset and cups are fully in the deck. Please help me it really annoys me.

Go to a hardware store and buy locktite or a similar product and put some on the threads of the topcap that screws into the fork. This should solve your problem

I thought Tilt Legacy was supposed to stay tight really well since it's got integrated top cap?

I just put a bit of grease on the scs screw cap and since that it's dialled.
