New To Tricks - What Scooter To Get?

Hi - I've just joined up having been looking for a scooter forum for absolutely ages. I saw DerekLowndes2's videos on youtube and he mentioned the forum in his description so... here I am!

I've got a shitty Micro Sprite which was the first scooter I bought to just ride around on. I'm now looking to do tricks and ride street and I was hoping some of you could give me ideas as to what to get. I'm focussing mainly on standard trick scooters you can buy online/in shops at the moment, maybe modding will come later.

I've heard good things about Razor Pro but I hardly hear anyone talking about the pro Micro models - any reason why? I've also heard good things about the JD Bug Pro.
I'm basically looking for something light and durable. I'm a girl (yeah, I know, girls can't skate/scoot bla bla) and I'm a sissy. I also live in the UK so any UK online shop links would be greatly appreciated.

FrenchID seems to be sold out on every site I try but thanks, I'll keep looking.

As for the Razor Pro - is there a pro model with adjustable bars? Coz the one on their website looks like it's in a fixed position.

Sorry, I really don't know much about scooters. :eek:

dont get french id, it's just a rip off of a pro model. get a razor pro. best starting scooter there is. good luck :) pm me if you have any other questions.

If you live in UK micro xt's are heavy but strong, jdbug will be fine but is close to a razor pro, razor pro is a standard beginner scoot, razor ultra pros are good for light riders cuz its a one piece deck, one piece bars and reinforced razor fork. so theres ome options

XT's are expensive also

Get a pro, and look at the modding thread in the scooters section (this section).

well i have had pro,Tsi,Ultrapro,Xtmicro,A & AW Scooter

I would say get a AW scooter they are older models but very light and strong if you dont know what kind of deck im talking about go to razer scooters.com well good look.

Microscooter.org.uk, is a place where you can get everything for a pro scooter. Also, you can easily collect your on scooter AT the homepage on shop-s5.co.cc It's an Austrian homepage, so still in Europe. Way to go! More girls on scooters(;
