nitro deck shitty welding?

hey guys,

So I have a nitro deck and it makes noise. my scooter is dialed i checked everything but if i look inside the deck from the back to where the headtube is welded i see a huge drop of welding material. is it possible that the noise is coming from it? i tried to get it out but i can't.

So there's something inside the deck??? if not the welds aren't going to make noise. Check your bearings and just about everything else with little parts and then see if your wheels are ovalized or anything.

Check to make sure you dont have any little rocks or so inside your deck

What you are seeing is just weld "burn thru"...not proper but definitely not the cause of any noise.

Are you sure the noise isnt comming from your brake?

your bearing spacers may not fit correctly. I had the same problem.

its definately not the welds, check if your wheels are ovalised, make sure ur spacers fit, do afew little inspections to hunt down the problem.
