ONE PIECE DECK broken.

here is mah deck. this one in the pictures broke. but im currently making a new one. that will not break in the same spot as this one. the joint that connects the headtube and the square neck part was cut inaccuratly. the gap was to big to get a good solid weld over. and you can see in the pictures all the bottom on the page.

i WILL be needing testers. for the gen2. please email me if your intresed.

well it broked. but i learned were i need some gussets.

lol thanks guys. i already did file the weldes.. yes the deck is crazy lookin. it is about the same weigh as a reinforced pro. the bar in the drop out is 2024. i solid light strong aluminum.

Dude...that headtube looks like it will snap off...the to thin metal plates that goes onto the angle part of the heatube...but the deck looks reallllyyy good....but i dont like the raw fork...the orange one looks good.

lol NOT WELDED. the side where there is a grided down weld. there is going to be a really really fat weld there.
