IF you know what these are, whats your fave OS and why?

Ubuntu (linux)
Windows (what edition)
Mac


Id have to say Ubuntu. I use it non stop.




also, if you have comp issues you arent sure of, ask me :D

Mac. I have Ubuntu on my Mac too I use it sometimes its pretty cool.

Nah. i have about an essays worth of reason why macs are the worst.


however i hate windows as well. Linux is the greatest OS ever to be invented. at the rate its going, you guys will be out of compatibility (mac already is) and ill be amazing and running clean every boot (still going like new)

i like some of the mac software like final cut pro and that kind of stuff but besides that i use windows(gaming and everyday life and such) but vista is so freaking buggy it annoys me so much some times i wanna take my gay emachines and toss it out the window

Ubuntu is good.......if you don't like running any applications or games that are half decent, or have no care for usability. And you're saying Mac has poor compatibility, what does Ubuntu work with?

I have used all 3 major OS and my preference is Windows 7.

i have ubuntu :) its pretty dope. But how on earth do you download things? Like i got ubuntu cuz i figured it would be easier than windows, but whenever i try so download applications (i.e. video editors) it just gives me hundreds of text files and i have noo idea what they do.

you sir are retarded. Ubuntu has been known to run games better than windows, and with far less lag or worse, the use of windows.

if you prefer the ever slowing WINDOWS 7 over something as quick and reliable as a linux based OS, you need a slap to- the fast. just saying.


ubuntu has a GODLY amount of compatibility. mac has close to none. okay?

what are some good video editing software you can run with ubuntu?

the software center has atleast 30 to choose from.

its godly with applications and its faster than anything ive ever seen.
