ordered 2 parts from lucky and got 1.....uughh

ok so i ordered the Lucky NW combo thing that comes with the nw bars and nw forks and i also threw a compression system in the order. I finally got my bars today after ordering the parts a while back and ofcourse the package was lacking my forks and HIC. i was wondering if they could have possibly sent it in another package? i have tried contacting the lucky email and they never have responded to any of my emails, so hopefully someone who knows whats up will see this and tell me whats going on.

wer having a meeting about issues with parts and shipping and all kinds of stuff soon. i can let them know about your situation. i promise you though... the fork will get to you and it is worth the wwait.

blake: do you know around how long it will take for the forks and hic to be shipped? lol when i took the bars out of the box there was a detailed invoice that clearly showed all of the things that i ordered and still i guess they missed it

same thing happened to me but with proto. ordered bars and wheels only got the bars... still waiting on them. just gotta be patient but i feel you, it does suck.

I am really getting kind of fed up with Lucky right now. It's been like 2 weeks, they won't respond to my e-mails, I talked to James Gee and i used the "contact us" option on their site also. i have received no info whatsoever on the fork that I ordered other than an order confirmation that I got right after I ordered it. It's been a very long time and i still have not received a tracking number for my fork saying it has shipped yet. I've ordered from other companies numerous times and have never experienced this much of a delay.

ok so FINALLY they responded to an email i sent and they said the forks will either arrive today or tomorrow. they just have schitty contacting...

ok heres what it is..

its a top of a tsi headtube from one broken deck and the whole deck and bottom of a headtube that was broken on the top and so we cut them to the perfect size and then stuck a chromoly forktube (same size as one) up into the headtube; connecting the two peices, and then put two fat bolts through it. thats why it may look like a xt, but i assure you its not...
